Designed to demonstrate the full extent of the IPS program, the Administrator Course will take delegates through the system using worked examples. Starting with the basic case setup procedure, the course continues through to creditor claims, payment of dividends, reporting and documentation. The day provides new users with a complete grounding, but is equally suitable for anyone requiring a refresher course. Attendance is recommended for every case administrator.

Cashiering

A good understanding of the fundamentals of case accounting forms the core of the Cashiering Course. The training is aimed at new cashiers, or those requiring an update. With the use of worked examples, the course will take the delegate through all aspects of the cashiering function in relation to IPS. Case setup and bordereau are also covered, together with the Insolvency Services Account and report production.

Advanced Administrator

This course is designed for ‘hands on’ IPS users who wish to get more from the package. The course material sits between basic Administrator and Guru level. Delegates will be shown advanced administration features such as trading, purchase orders, progress reports, IVA contributions and use of debt recovery facilities. The course will also cover how to alter grids to suit requirements, use Excel for reporting, alter and create diary templates and make better use of lookups and master contacts. Guru Course
|

The SQL version of IPS provides the end user with the means to enhance their firms’ use of the product. The Guru Course takes delegates through the facilities available to them. The course content is ideally suited for the more advanced user/IT support staff member. They will be working from within SQL server itself, utilising Excel for report generation and learning how to create grids and report sets.
