	IPS Modules
IPS is a very comprehensive system in its standard format.Our users’ business process requirements do however vary and to meet these needs we have developed several additional modules to complement and enhance the base solution.

	Upgrades and Downloads
Insolvency legislation continues to evolve and IPS is there to meet these ever-changing requirements. Upgrades to the system are posted to meet imposed deadlines and ensure full compliance.
	IPS Training Courses
Our regular training programme ensures our user base are fully conversant with every aspect of the IPS system. We have courses suitable for all levels of expertise, from new starters through to advanced technical personnel. In addition, we offer on-site training, tailored to user-specifications.

IVA

Integrated, comprehensive data entry screens
From initial enquiry, the user is led through the decision process to final drafting of the proposal and associated documentation
Detailed information is captured in relation to a debtor’s assets and liabilities as well as income and expenditure figures
A customisable “appropriate decision model” is included to give guidance on the most suitable solution for the debtor
A detailed cash flow for the IVA period is produced, allowing the user to automate the collection of contributions through to the payment of fees and dividends using the IPS Banking Module
If an IVA is approved, the case is transferred to the main IPS system where ongoing case management is dealt with using a comprehensive system of reports and document production

A sort code database is available, regularly updated to allow validation of banking details
An ideal partner to the IVA module, the Banking Module allows for the automatic processing of receipts and payments along with automatic bank reconciliation
Direct debit collection of contributions is also available

Enables instant address lookup via database of valid UK post codes and addresses
Will link to all fields within IPS where addresses are to be entered

Provides a management system for the storage of client books and records
